Getaway Break

Slip away to the Devon coast with our Getaway Break — a relaxed two-night stay at one of Sidmouth's most distinguished addresses. Just a short stroll from the seafront, the Esplanade and the town's independent shops, the Royal Glen is the perfect base for a weekend on the Jurassic Coast.

Your break includes two nights' accommodation, a full breakfast each morning, and  dinner on your first evening from our seasonal House Menu, prepared by Chef using freshly sourced local produce. Arrive, settle in, and let us take care of the rest — no need to think about where to eat on your first night, or how you'll start the day.

Make a proper occasion of it with our Wine & Dine Break — a two-night stay built around the best of our kitchen and cellar.

Your break includes two nights' accommodation, a full breakfast each morning, and  dinner on both evenings from our seasonal House Menu, prepared by Chef using freshly sourced local produce. To welcome you in style, we'll also have a complimentary bottle of house wine waiting in your room on arrival — the perfect way to toast the start of your stay.

Our wines are curated with our long-standing suppliers Christopher Piper Wines, so whether you settle in with a glass on arrival or save it for a quiet evening, you'll be in good hands. An ideal break for an anniversary, a birthday, or simply a well-earned treat.
