RESERVATION FEE of £40.00 per person is requested upon making a reservation, this will be credited to the account. The reservation fee is NON REFUNDABLE EXCEPT under terms of an Insurance Scheme. A scheme is open to all guests which will indemnify against financial loss due to illness, accident, etc. A hotel in law has the right to be reimbursed for any loss caused by cancellation up to two thirds of the cost, provided it has not been possible to relet the accommodation. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS SCHEME.
The Royal Glen is a Grade A listed building, constructed on different levels. This makes it impractical for a lift, however, easy access is possible via outside to many rooms. Please ask for our Disability Statement if required.
