CHILDREN – Children under 3 years sharing with 2 adults FREE of charge Bed and Breakfast. Children 4-11 years £12.00 Bed and Breakfast. Children 12-15 years £18.00 Bed and Breakfast. Children in own room half terms all year except Folk Week and September when FULL TERMS will be charged.

ALL ROOMS – have private bath or shower – colour TV Freeview with radio – direct dial telephone – tea making facilities. We can only be responsible for valuables that have been receipted at reception.

PARKING - All parking is at your own risk.  24 parking spaces.

DOGS – A charge of £5.00 per day – not allowed in Drawing Room, Bar or Dinning Room.

SMOKING – The Hotel operates a non smoking policy throughout

RESERVATION FEE of £40.00 per person is requested upon making a reservation, this will be credited to the account. The reservation fee is NON REFUNDABLE EXCEPT under terms of an Insurance Scheme. A scheme is open to all guests which will indemnify against financial loss due to illness, accident, etc. A hotel in law has the right to be reimbursed for any loss caused by cancellation up to two thirds of the cost, provided it has not been possible to relet the accommodation. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS SCHEME.

The Royal Glen is a Grade A listed building, constructed on different levels, so there are steps.  A NEW platform lift has been installed in 2008 accessing 16 rooms.Ground floor rooms have access via outside. Please ask for our Disability Statement if required.
